So many times I have found myself saying to God, “You are going to have to sort this out – I’ve got nothing.” I’ve said this prayer often in relation to lots of different things – marriage, parenting, finances, time, creativity, and the list goes on! God has always provided. God is our source. His love covers all we need. (Day 18 – YouTube)
Remember to have your pen and paper ready to record what He says to you during this quiet time with Him.
Day 18 – God is our source
God is our source – in all seasons of life.
He has brought me to his banqueting place, and his banner over me is love [waving overhead to protect and comfort me].
Song of Songs 2:4 AMP
Look at all the birds – do you think they worry about their existence? They don’t plant or reap or store up food, yet your heavenly Father provides them each with food. Aren’t you much more valuable to your Father than they? Matthew 6:26 TPT
Worship Songs for today
All my hope (Hillsong Worship)
You Revive Me (Christy Nockels)
When I survey the Wondrous Cross (Isaac Watts)
Remember …
Stay close to Jesus, don’t pull away. Let His banner of love wash over you.

Suddenly, he transported me into his house of wine – he looked upon me with his unrelenting love divine. Song of Songs 2:4 TPT

[…] God is our source – Day 18 – Drawing Closer to God […]
Dear Wendy, I met you in 2001 in Elizabeth Bay. Ken used to sail with David, and I came to your meetings. You gave me a Bible as we left to go to live in Buderim Qld. It has been my constant friend, as I was reading from it today, I wondered what had become of you and Ken. I checked you up on Google, I was amazed to read about your life in the years since we last met. I have tried to find a way I could contact you personally, I send this comment hoping you will be reading it. I would like to say thank you for what you did by giving me this “Womens Bible” so many years ago.
JOY LOCK.
